About DEAN ARSCOTT:
Dean was born and raised in central Maryland. Graduating from Ringling College of Art & Design in 2008, he now resides in St. Petersburg, FL working on a wide variety of illustration, design, and sand sculpture projects. He has been sculpting sand with Team Sandtasitc since 2010.
